Our relationships directly impact our wellbeing. It’s tough to feel centered when we’re disconnected from or in conflict with our loved ones. For so many of us, intimacy can feel scary or confusing. So often, we’re just wanting to feel more heard and understood by our partners. Relationship counseling holds many benefits in supporting your authentic relational needs. 

In my work with intimate partnerships, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to facilitate honest emotional expression and deeper secure connection within your relationship. I orient experientially to relationship counseling, meaning that in our sessions I will guide you to notice how you and your partner(s) are engaging in the present moment – slowing you down to get in touch with the heart of what’s happening, and creating enough safety to be compassionately, radically honest with yourself & your partner(s).
