I believe people are born whole and are innately enough. And still, the reality is, our experiences in early relationships and oppressive systems can sow shame, violence, fear and guilt within us creating internal beliefs of unworthiness or not being lovable. When we’re living under the weight of these beliefs, we can become limited - feeling depressed, anxious, doubtful, lonely, and confused. Feeling empowered in ourselves gets tricky. 

Individual therapy is a consensual process that enables you to experience more self-compassion and feel into your enoughness. I incorporate experiential modalities like Hakomi Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic-mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory and Attachment Theory to facilitate real growth towards achieving your desired goals.
